About the project
RATE.RU is an independent ranking of Russian websites and projects in AI, internet technologies, and adjacent fields. The ranking is based on a composite evaluation: we analyze real traffic, content, citation index, audience loyalty, and a number of other parameters.
We are currently in beta testing, so the exact ranking formulas will be published later. We are building our own TOP-100 list of the best websites by category using real traffic and many other participant indicators.
New useful features appear in our ranking every day. If you have ideas or suggestions, you can send them directly to the developers through our AI assistants Jangera or Agent Smith on the site.

How do I register in the ranking?
Go to the “
Register Site” page, fill in your website details (domain, title, description, category), and submit the application. After moderation and subscription payment, your site will appear in the ranking.
How does statistics tracking work?
When registering, you receive a unique widget-counter code. You place it on your website. Every time a visitor opens your page, the script records a unique host (visitor) and a hit (view). These data are collected in real time and used to calculate your position in the ranking.
What plans are available?
The subscription is activated after moderation of your first website. Available plans:
- Monthly — 399 RUB/month — Placement of 1 site in the ranking, access to all widget styles and full statistics. The price is valid during beta testing.
- Club membership — 9,999 RUB/year — Annual subscription with placement for up to 10 websites, priority support, extended analytics, and VIP catalog status.
What websites are accepted?
The ranking includes Russian-language websites aimed at an audience from Russia. We accept projects of any theme: technology, AI, business, art, social networks, media, and much more. Every site goes through moderation before activation.
Can I change the widget design?
Yes. In your dashboard (
Login), there is a gallery of 20 unique widget styles ranging from classic neo-brutalism to avant-garde art series with SVG animation. You can change the style at any time, and the new widget code will be generated automatically.
What is the AI assistant on the site?
Two AI assistants are available on the site — Jangera and Agent Smith (icons in the lower right corner). They can answer questions about registration, plans, widgets, and the benefits of participating in the ranking. And if you have ideas or suggestions about the platform, just send them to either assistant and they will pass your message to the developers.
What does “Statistics” mean in a site card?
The “Statistics ↗” button opens a detailed statistics page for your project: hosts and hits dynamics, current ranking position, and other metrics. This is open information available to all catalog visitors or registered users if the owner enabled that mode.
How can I contact the administration?
You can ask a question through the AI assistant or write directly through the contacts section in your dashboard. We are also available on Telegram for quick communication.
